Abstract
In this Article are considered the questions concerning the main methods of tests and evaluation of correspondence of car design to safety requirements. It is described the principal differences between the types of tests: tests on components, all-round tests, tests on subsys-tem. Also is considered the process of approval vehicle to manufacture after carry out required complex of tests.

It is received a more exact decision for the conditional use of the depth of a conditional active zone of nonrigid pavement subgrade. The result is attained by the correct appointment of the lower limit of the subgrade working layer. Implementation is based on the M.B.Korsunsky's well-known expression for definition the stresses in the system "subgrade-pavement." It is executed for the first time on this base. The gained result can be used at calculating of the absolute values of plastic deformation on the subgrade surface.

On the basis of the carried-out theoretical researches and natural inspections it is de-veloped and in article complex buses and bus routes classifications is offered. The article describes using the three-dimensional temperature control in the rapid thermal processing system (RTP). Abstract
The article deals with the influence of psychological factors on quality of traf¬fic control. The information percepted by vehicle driver and his reaction have casual character. Sta¬tistic characteristics of system «driver-vehicle-road-environ¬ment» determine the level of risks in the process of decision adoption by the driver. As for the factor of environmental influ-ence on quality of traffic control we selected irregularities of road paving. For integral estima-tion of road quality we used apparatus of fuzzy ensembles.
