IGIP has held a Summer School again, the first time at the Technical University in Gabrovo, Bulgaria. It took place from the 3rd to the 9th of September, 2007 warmly welcomed by Rector Prof. Dr. Ilya Nemigencev and by Prof. Dr. Lyubomir Lazov, who did an excellent job in organizing this workshop. The workshop language was English, the 21 participants came from Austria, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, and Ukraine. They worked for one week on topics of Competencies in Engineering Education, presented by Elena Kovalenko, Ukraine, and Norbert Kraker, Austria, Pedagogical Psychology, Natalia Aleksandrova, Bulgaria, Pedagogical Sociology, Hanns-Peter Pongratz, Austria, E-learning, Thorsten Jarz, Austria, Multimedia – Workshop, Federico Flueckiger, Switzerland, and Laboratory Didactics and Methodology, Eleonore Lickl, Austria.
